PASS THE MIC! ARTISTIC RESIDENCIES IN THE SECONDARY SCHOOL
Passa o Microfone! documents the artistic residencies of Alesa Herero, Helena Elias, Rita Natálio and Natália Mendonça in the secondary school Seomara da Costa Primo (Amadora, Portugal) for the project "Pass the Mic! Decolonizing education through arts!" coordinated in Portugal by EBANO Collective and funded by the Creative Europe Programme of the European Union (616850/2020). The video has been edited by CORTEJO Film in collaboration with Francesca De Luca. Music: Escrita (2825 2GTO) by Guetto FAM. We thank all the students and professors that have collaborated in the artistic residencies, the video is dedicated to them.
"Ensaio: Reflexos e Reflexões" was created by Augusta Matias, Guilherme Santos, Melany de Pina, Nely Varela, Rainha NBadje, Romovil Sanhá and Ramatulay Embaló following their participation to Alesa Herero's artistic residency in secondary school Seomara da Costa Primo, Amadora (Portugal) within the project "Pass the Mic! Decolonizing education through arts"!
